Investment Structures
Funds
Investments vehicles also know as collective investment schemes, including Singapore VCC, Cayman SPC, Luxembourg SICAV, Unit Trusts, Mutual Funds or Dublin UCITS. Subscription is usually through an application form and is processed by the Fund Administrator.
Managed Account
Investments are made through an account at Conduit Wealth Management at a choice of custodian banks. The individual assets are held directly by the investor and may be eligible for leverage by the custodian
Actively Managed Certificate
A combination of a Fund and a Managed Account, the Investment portfolio is be wrapped in a Certificate or Note format that is issued by a Bank and may be eligible for leverage. The Investor takes on the credit risk of the issuer.
Structured Products
Structured products are generally tied to an index or basket of securities, and are designed to facilitate highly customized risk-return objectives. The Investor takes on the credit risk of the issuer.
